The Digital Communications Adviser is responsible for delivery of all aspects relating to management of the Cenitex online presence particularly the Cenitex website and the intranet, development and delivery of a Cenitex social media program, graphic and digital design, advice on new multi-media technologies and its potential for use in the Cenitex communications efforts. The position is expected to build strong relationships within the organisation, manage suppliers, institute content management and design processes and act as support to other members of the Corporate Communications team.

This great opportunity is best described as 50% design and production, and 50% communications and content related.   

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Graphic Design and Production
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the online environment for a public or private sector environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in website (internet/intranet) management, content development, design, customisation, and experience with image library databases and online/content management systems.
  • Proficient with systems such as Drupal and Share Point (required) and proven ability to liaise with vendors and IT departments.
  • Additional knowledge of CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce or Marketo would be beneficial.
  • Proven ability to think strategically about online and how they work with traditional communications, and develop strategic responses, plans and outcomes.
  • Production and design of digital communication materials

Amongst other things, will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the regular maintenance of the Cenitex online environments.
  • Provide professional input into Cenitex website and intranet, editing, graphic and digital design and implementation of collateral and multimedia materials to support emerging business needs.
  • Coordinate and implement the delivery of Cenitex online communication and social media strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and accountable analytic tools including Google Analytics.
  • Production of digital and broadcast communications material to maximise online and engagement effectiveness.
  • Participate in communications knowledge sharing across internal forums and business units.
  • Take a proactive approach to working with colleagues to mentoring and training.
  • Maintain effective records management including databases, quality assurance manuals and template documents.
